Some of our boats such as the Red Dragon Classic Thai Yacht or the Blue Dragon Classic Thai Yacht you can book easily through our real time online booking system. The booking process is simple and straightforward were you will be required to make a 20% deposit through various payment channels (such as Credit Card or PayPal) to secure your reservations.

Our booking system is fully automated providing real-time tour availability. Immediately upon successful reservations, you will be issued tour voucher with complete information including pickup time from your hotel or resort as well as confirmation Email. Sometimes confirmation emails are delivered to SPAM folder of your Email account – If you did not recived confirmation after you ad successfully completed your reservations please kindly check your SPAM mail folder.

For some boats are not included in our real time booking system, so our system will take your inquiry and after verifying availability, our staff we will send you complete information and invite you to secure your reservations by making a deposit to be paid through the above-mentioned channels. If you are uncertain as to which boat/tour is the most suitable for your group please contact us and we will provide you with few options for you to consider based on your interest, group members composition and preferences.

Transfers to and from your accommodation on Koh Samui are included in our prices, and you will enjoy a comfortable ride in our air-conditioned minivans.

Please note however that some hotels, resorts and villas on Koh Samui are located on steep hills, which may not be accessible by minivan. In such cases we will agree an alternative meeting/drop-off point as near as possible to your accommodation.

No, there are no hidden costs. All our prices include sales tax and any service fee. Any additional cost not included in the price is clearly indicated on our product details pages. For instance, the Angthong National Marine Park entrance fee is paid seperately to park officials.

We accept credit card payment only for deposit required to secure reservations. Our online booking system will direct you to PayPal as final step of the booking process. You can pay from your PayPal account, or - if you don't have account please select "I do not have a PayPal account" and use your credit card just like in any other shop. Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted amongst others.

Usually, we kindly request that guests pay the balance due in cash on the morning of the tour. This minimizes the risk of unauthorized transactions as well as transaction fees. Alternative arrangements can be made in advance, such as payment by bank transfer.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. For a cruise to Ang Thong Marine National Park we require a full day to allow enough time to enjoy the wonders of the park.

If the weather on the day of your booked tour prevents us from having a safe and enjoyable experience you will be informed that the trip is cancelled or of the need to change your tour to another day. Please note that in the event of light rain without strong winds or big waves we will NOT cancel any tour; as it does not prevent us from having an enjoyable and safe experience. We will offer you to change your booked tour to another date if possible. In case this is not possible, or weather conditions do not allow an alternate cruise date, we will refund full amount of your payment.

Depending on the other booking and the destination of your private charter, we may be able adjust the timings of your trip. Please let us know your preferences and we will work out the best possible options for you.

Please note, that Semi Private Tours, operated by Tours Koh Samui, start time is not flexible! Drivers will not be able to wait for more than maximum of 5 minutes, as they have other groups to pick up. In case you missed the minivan, you will have to arrange your own transport to our jetty.

Yes you can! Just let us know your dietary requirements or special your food preference in the ‘notes’ field, we will get back to you with optional menu.

Our prices are very competitive for the level of service we provide and we do not have seasonal surcharges. We keep the same prices for all season, all year round. We do not offer extra discount upon request. We believe in offering the best price from beginning to save you and us time as well as in a sincere effort to provide a great price to all our guests.

No! We do not arrange transfers to or from the Full Moon Party.
