To secure reservation guest must make an advance deposit (that maybe non-refundable in accordance to our policy Refund & Cancellation Policy) of 20% to 30% of the charter price. The balance will be due in cash on the day of the tour to minimize the risk of unauthorized transactions and transaction fees.

To guarantee your reservation deposit can be paid by credit card on PayPal secure payment getaways, by providing Visa Or Master Card number and expiration date or in cash (when cash option is available).

The balance due for the tour will be due on the morning of your tour and to be paid in cash (Thai Baht) as we do not support credit card payment onsite.

Ko Samui Boat Charter only provides private charters and do not offer semi-private or joint tours.

Semi-private tours are exclusively offered and operated by Tours Koh Samui which rent the yachts from Ko Samui Boat Charter. If guests select to book a tour that is not operated by Ko Samui Boat Charter, any complaint or request should be directed to the operator as Ko Samui Boat Charter’s role in this case is limited to an agent!

In an event that the guests have a complaint for tour booked that is not operated by Ko Samui Boat Charter, we will contact the operator on behalf of the guests with a request for compensation of damages, and refund only after guests acknowledge Ko Samui Boat Charter’s roll in such a booking as merely an agent.

Ko Samui Boat Charter officers, employees, agents, and contractors are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, omission, irregularity or non-performance occurring in connection with these arrangements. The client understands and accepts all risks associated with any and all activities, including both land and water based activities, car travel, swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, and boating. Guests acting irresponsibly can have an adverse impact on their fellow guests. As a result, we will not tolerate unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible behaviour.

The prices on the Ko Samui Boat Charter’s website do not include travel insurance only accident insurance. The Customer is therefore advised to take out insurance that covers the consequences of certain cases of cancellation and an additional policy that provides cover for certain special risks such as the cost of repatriation in the event of an accident or illness. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any insurance policy taken out is adequate to cover their requirements.

The tour schedule is subject to change without any prior notice in accordance with weather conditions for your safety. If Ko Samui Boat Charter knows in advance that the weather on the day you would like to go on the tour will most likely prevent us from completing the tour as schedule, we will advise you as soon as we know and let you decide if you would like to go on the tour, change the trip to another day, or cancel the trip for a full refund. Ko Samui Boat Charter cannot be held responsible for adverse unforeseen weather conditions, involving rough seas and poor visibility.
