Ko Samui Boat Charter’s Refund and Cancellation Policy aims to accommodate our guest as much as possible and charges only a minimal fee in case of cancellation in accordance with the following guidelines.
Inclement Weather Conditions
If the current or forecasted weather for your departure date prevents us from having a safe and enjoyable experience, you will be informed as early as possible that the trip is canceled, and you may opt to cancel for a full refund or reschedule. Please note that in the event light rain without strong winds, high waves, or continuous heavy rainstorms, we will NOT cancel tours as it does not prevent us from having an enjoyable and safe experience.
Travel Restrictions (COVID-19)
In the event, Thailand issue travel restrictions, that do not allow international travel under reasonable conditions. To receive a refund you must notify us 72 hours before tour departure.
Cancellation has been made by Ko Samui Boat Charter due to unforeseen circumstances
Join Trips (exclude private tours/charters)
To receive a refund due to unexpected situations, you must notify us at least 24 hours before tour departure.
Any cancellation after confirmed booking. You may reschedule the private tours/charters providing notification provided a minimum of three weeks in advance of your tour departure. Rescheduling can be done up to one year from the original tour departure.
In the event of guests being absent at the scheduled pickup time for the tour
We ask that you contact us urgently If you do not get pickup 10 Minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
We recommend our guest to get travel/charter Cancellation insurance to protect themselves again the possibility of deposit loss due to unexpected situations.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation. Please note that refunds may be subject to exchange, receiving, and sending processing fees charged by financial or credit card processing companies.
Please note that the above guidelines are what you should expect as worst case scenario. Ko Samui Boat Charter will do everything possible to keep any cancellation/amendment costs to a minimum. Each cancellation case will be individually evaluated by our European management team to determine if there were any conditions that will warrant a refund.
